This is a contract role ending in June 2026.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements, priorities, and KPIs.
- Analyse business processes and provide insights to support process improvements and decision-making.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and alerts on a scheduled or ad-hoc basis.
- Train stakeholders on using data and BI tools to drive analytical decision-making.
- Work on medium to complex BI solutions, integrating data from multiple sources.
- Analyse financial and operational data to improve reporting capabilities.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure reports meet business needs.
- Collaborate with local team members, with occasional in-person meetings at regional offices or data centres.
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of relevant Business Intelligence or Data Analytics experience
- Strong proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI or equivalent) and Excel.
