Job Title: Senior Business Intelligence Analyst (Smart Manufacturing)

We are partnering with a manufacturing leader who is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join a global team at the forefront of smart manufacturing and AI innovation. You will partner with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to design and deliver data-driven solutions that enhance manufacturing performance and operational efficiency.

Responsibility

• Analyze production and business data to identify opportunities for efficiency and performance improvement.
• Drive end-to-end projects, from requirements gathering, designing solutions, to execution and delivery.
• Translate complex technical insights into actionable business outcomes and present them effectively to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with global teams to develop and scale solutions across multiple sites.
• Monitor key performance metrics and showcase measurable business impact.

Requirements:

• 3-8 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or project management.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with a business-focused mindset.
• Experience in managing end-to-end projects and engaging diverse stakeholders.
• Background in semiconductor, engineering, or manufacturing domains preferred.
• Familiarity with BI tools and Python skills are nice to have.
• Adept in working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborating with global teams.
