GenAI Engineer

Scope:

• Build and fine-tune GenAI models for different use cases.
• Create APIs and integrations so AI features work smoothly in our systems.
• Work with data-cleaning, preparing, and organizing it to get the best results.
• Experiment with prompts and improve them for more accurate outputs.
• Keep track of how models perform, and make them faster, better, and more cost-effective.
• Team up with product, design, and tech colleagues to turn ideas into working AI features.
• Explore new GenAI tools and techniques and bring fresh ideas to the table.

Requirements:

• Solid programming skills in Python and experience with ML/AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
• Hands-on work with large language models (LLMs) and knowledge of NLP and generative AI.
• Experience deploying AI models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval (RAG).
• Curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving mindset.
