Job Description

Key Daily Tasks:

  1. Manage order processing to ensure smooth receipt and fulfillment.
  2. Coordinate supply operations by:
    a) Responding to inquiries from distributors
    b) Collaborating with forwarders and suppliers to arrange shipments and ensure timely delivery
    c) Handling shipment documentation (e.g., invoices, packing lists, bills of lading) to facilitate smooth customs clearance for importers
  3. Manage warranty claims, report short shipments or mispackaging, and address logistics quality issues.
  4. Use SAP to process payments for supplier and buyer invoices.
  5. Prepare monthly reports to monitor KPI performance against targets.

Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate in Logistics or 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and comfortable working with numbers.
  • Quick learner, open to feedback, and focused on continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.
  • Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
  • Team-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently, mature, disciplined, and skilled in time management.
  • Willingness to travel within Asia as required.
