Responsibilities
- Order management: to ensure smooth order receiving and processing
- Supply Operation :
a) Handle enquiries from Distributors b) Liaise with forwarders and suppliers on shipments arrangement to ensure on time delivery c) Handling of shipment documentation, e.g Invoice, Packing list, Bill of Lading etc to ensure smooth custom clearance by importers - Handling of warranty claims, short mispacking report and logistics quality problem report
- Handle SAP for Payment of supplier and buyer invoices
- Prepare monthly report to check KPI results against Target
Requirements
- Deg in Logistics with 1 - 2 years working experience in similar job scope
- No Experience welcome to apply as on the job training provided
- Effective verbal and written communication skill
- Strong analytical thinking and negotiation skills
- Self -Starter, well -organized & have a flair for numbers
- Eager & fast to learn, open minded for feedback and improvement
- Highly competent with MS Office (Power Point, especially Excel, Access)
- Power BI will be an added advantage
- A team player with strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently, mature, self-discipline with good time management
- Willing to travel to Asia If needed
