Our client is a global leader specializing in high-performance machinery and technical solutions for the energy and chemical industries. They are seeking a proactive After Sales Executive to join their Singapore-based Technical Service unit to manage after-sales excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management: Act as the primary contact for assigned clients, handling enquiries for compressors and turbines.
Techno-Commercial Support: Prepare quotes, purchase orders, and invoices while reviewing contract terms and profit margins.
Project Coordination: Liaise between clients and internal departments (Engineering, Procurement, Finance) to ensure timely service delivery.
Reporting & Data: Maintain accurate records of equipment history and technical communications while providing sales forecasts to management.
Education: Minimum Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Experience: 1-2 years in sales activities or client handling is a plus. No experience welcome to apply as well.
Skills: Proficient in MS Office.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel to client sites when necessary (not frequent).
