- Oversee on-site Electrical & Mechanical (E&M) operations for large-scale transit projects, ensuring the precise installation of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Scrutinize and validate design schematics, shop drawings, and technical specifications to guarantee strict adherence to project scopes, safety protocols, and building codes.
- Navigate local regulatory frameworks to ensure seamless documentation and timely authority clearances (e.g., LTA, BCA, SCDF, PUB, EMA).
- Track E&M project expenditures proactively to ensure all works are delivered within the allocated budget.
- Perform regular site walk-throughs to track project milestones, enforce quality control, and maintain stringent safety compliance
Job requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years of M&E projects experience
- Deep technical expertise across core E&M disciplines, specifically encompassing electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Highly proficient in AutoCAD, BIM (Revit MEP), and the MS Office suite familiarity with modern project management software is a strong plus.
- Comprehensive understanding of local building codes, statutory regulations, and authority submission workflows (including LTA, BCA, SCDF, EMA, and PUB).
- Prior hands-on experience managing LTA or heavy rail infrastructure projects is highly advantageous.
