After Sales Engineer

Job scope:

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships as a trusted technical advisor, supporting pre- and post-sales activities.
• Partner with sales teams to understand requirements, deliver tailored solutions, and drive sales outcomes.
• Provide technical consultation, troubleshoot issues, and recommend practical, cost-effective solutions.
• Engage with customers engineering teams to address technical concerns and identify process improvements.
• Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Technical Service Unit to implement solutions while upholding service standards.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and product improvements.
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations, negotiate solutions, and resolve technical specifications.
• Expand product offerings by sourcing from reliable local and international suppliers.
• Support project execution from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Propose alternative solutions to overcome project challenges and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate with sales teams and suppliers for customer visits and ensure clear communication.
