Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities and manage customer relationships for FA component sales across ASEAN and Bangladesh
  • Plan and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand regional market presence
  • Identify new markets, generate leads, and manage channel partners including dealers, distributors, consultants, and contractors
  • Engage in commercial and technical discussions with customers alongside engineering teams to support solutions and gather feedback
  • Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities

Job Requirements

  • Min diploma in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales within related industries (e.g. HVAC, Data Centers, or industrial automation)
  • Strong capabilities in sales and business development, with knowledge of AC Drives as an added advantage existing network with consultants and contractors in ASEAN is preferred
  • Demonstrated success in sales, with strong commercial acumen, customer-oriented approach, effective stakeholder management skills, and willingness to travel within the region
