Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to support the Change Management Lead in executing change management activities. This includes identifying and developing communication and training resources, as well as supporting specialized Change Management approaches across functions (global & multi-site) and/or entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Change Management:
- Create and manage change plans, communication plans, stakeholder maps, and adoption roadmaps.
- Support HR Workstreams:
- Assist with workforce planning, organization design, local compliance, and post-project activities.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
- Engage business leaders, process owners, and end-users to ensure alignment and buy-in.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, user forums, and communication sessions.
- Prepare communication assets such as newsletters, FAQs, briefing decks, and project updates.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholder alignment within the Change Management function.
- Training & Enablement:
- Lead training needs analysis and design role-based training plans.
- Coordinate the development of training materialsuser guides, SOPs, e-learning content, job aids.
- Facilitate or support the delivery of training sessions, demos, and hands-on workshops.
Required Skills
- Proven hands-on experience with change management in technology-led transformation projects.
- Strong expertise in change impact assessment, communication planning, training design, and adoption management.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts (SMEs), and business leaders.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and interpersonal communication skills.
Deliverables
- Recurring Workstream Meetings: Participate in weekly Change Management Project workstream meetings and contribute to agenda planning. Prepare and deliver project report-outs.
- Change Management Orientation: Identify attendees and coordinate scheduling.
- Change Impact Assessment: Collaborate with Workday to identify stakeholders and summarize impacts by persona.
- Change Management Strategy: Partner with Workday on strategy activities, provide inputs, manage internal reviews, and present finalized strategy to stakeholders.
- Training Strategy and Needs Analysis: Work with Workday to create Training Plans and Curriculum, coordinating reviews with SMEs and stakeholders.
- Training Development: Partner with Workday on training development activities, manage the storage and distribution of training materials.
- Train-the-Trainer: Identify internal trainers, manage logistics, and support delivery of train-the-trainer sessions.
- Training Delivery: Responsible for planning, preparation, delivery, and assessment of end-user training.
- Adoption Approach: Execute the adoption approach.
This role is a contractor position for a duration of 18 to 21 months.
