Change Management Consultant

Job Description:

• Responsible for helping develop and execute change initiatives to enable a successful transition to the target state.
• You will develop metrics to measure the transition and determine appropriate actions.
• You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
• You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
• Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate workshops to gather insights and foster collaboration among stakeholders.
• Design and implement communication strategies to ensure all team members are informed and engaged.
• Analyze feedback and metrics to continuously improve change initiatives.
• Mentor team members to enhance their understanding of change management principles.
• Develop comprehensive reports to present findings and recommendations to leadership.

Requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in Change Management is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Journey Management, Organizational Strategy, Stakeholder Management, and Change Analytics is suggested.
• 3-5 years experience
