Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise professionals via calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings.
  • Conduct outreach, including cold calling, and follow-ups to drive interest.
  • Support applicants throughout their admissions journey.
  • Build strong relationships and motivate lifelong learning.
  • Manage leads and track progress using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and programme teams.
  • Represent the brand with empathy, professionalism, and enthusiasm.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience, preferably in sales, admissions, or business development (experience in the education sector is a plus).
  • Comfortable with cold calling and proactive outreach (hunter mentality).
  • Confident communicator, especially with mid-career executives.
  • Proficient with CRM systems and digital tools.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
