Job Summary

Support sales and operations by managing purchase orders, delivery coordination, payment tracking, and documentation to ensure smooth logistics and administrative processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and sales support to facilitate smooth business operations
• Assist in warranty claim, prepare quotations etc
• Verify and process expense claims submitted by technicians for accuracy
• Organize and maintain a systematic documentation and filing system for all business records
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required to support team and company needs
