What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day office operations, supplies, and filing systems
- Handle documentation, reports, and correspondence accurately
- Coordinate meetings, travel, and staff activities
- Assist HR with employee records and onboarding
- Support finance with basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense claims
- Welcome visitors, manage calls and emails, and ensure a smooth office experience
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
