Requirement:
. Min. GCE O Level or equivalent.
. At least 2 years working experience
. Well versed in Microsoft Office.
. Preferably to Speak and write in English and Mandarin (to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking associates on day-to-day work operation)
. Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong sense of urgency
. Detail-oriented, positive thinking, proactive service attitude and prioritize workload
. Work independently with minimal supervision
. Able to start work immediately or in short notice
Job Scope:
. Provide general administrative and clerical support
. Assist HR matters (annual/ medical leave/ payroll/ CPF submission)
. Manage the renewal of road tax, insurance, and inspections for all vehicles.
. Daily collection of letters from letter box
. Assist with basic bookkeeping
. Manage and maintain electronic and paper records, files, and documents
. Data entry, ensure accurate data updating and maintenance
. Monitor and maintain stock inventory
. Assist in any events planning include finding quotation
. Assist in associations matter
. Assist Chairman on corporate social responsibilities matters
. Assist Chairman's PA
. Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior
