Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Provides administrative support for operation department mainly being responsible for coordinating logistics, data entry of orders into system
  • Performs general clerical duties to include but not limited to coordinating support for the Operation team
  • Coordinate and maintain documentation
  • Support the processing of invoices and expenses
  • Liaise with overseas suppliers and stakeholders

Essential skills/Competencies:

  • Experience or ability to interact with senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable with processing expenses and dealing with external vendors
  • Good PC skills including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Proactive style and ability to work independently and as a team player
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Accuracy and attention to details
  • Good communication skills
  • Diploma qualifications and above
