JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provides administrative support for operation department mainly being responsible for coordinating logistics, data entry of orders into system
- Performs general clerical duties to include but not limited to coordinating support for the Operation team
- Coordinate and maintain documentation
- Support the processing of invoices and expenses
- Liaise with overseas suppliers and stakeholders
Essential skills/Competencies:
- Experience or ability to interact with senior stakeholders
- Comfortable with processing expenses and dealing with external vendors
- Good PC skills including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Proactive style and ability to work independently and as a team player
- Ability to multi-task
- Accuracy and attention to details
- Good communication skills
- Diploma qualifications and above
