Admin Support
1. Provide administrative support to CEO.
2. Provide administrative support to the regular Board meetings.
3. Purchase and replenish office stationery and ordering of paper.
4. Assist in the administration of all agreements including obtaining authorised signatures.
5. Facilitate legal and administrative documentation in compliance with local regulations.
6. Plan and facilitate meetings, visits and collaborative projects with external organisations.
Governance and Compliance Reporting
7. Maintain Board's terms of office and board members listing including Trustees for AGM purposes
8. Updates in the charity portal and ROS portal
9. Collate Conflict of Interest declaration by Board members & filing for audit purposes
10. Collate Board minutes and attendance of Board Members for audit purposes
11. Annual statutory submission of reports to Ministries.
12. Facilitate statutory submission of survey to Ministries.
13. Assist in renewal of Institutions of Public Character (IPC) Status upon expiry.
14. Collate data for submission report to Board of Visitor on a regular basis
Donation In-Kind Management
15. Receive and check donations-in-kind with expiry dates.
16. Complete Donations-In-Kind Form for record purposes
