Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and organize staff meetings to ensure smooth communication and effective scheduling
- Facilitate onboarding processes to integrate new employees efficiently into the company
- Complete daily administrative tasks to maintain smooth and efficient office operations
- Handle incoming calls attentively and provide clear, accurate responses to inquiries
- Take accurate messages and manage email correspondence promptly to support communication flow
- Maintain organized filing systems and perform detailed data entry to ensure accurate and accessible records
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high performance under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Honors or degree in Accounting
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to support office tasks
- Basic proficiency in AutoCAD (Drafting) for handling technical documents
- Effective communication and organizational skills to support teamwork and office coordination
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn to adapt to evolving office needs
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or related role
Candidates who know Bangla / Tamil will get preference.
