Ensure prompt follow-up and closure for all enquiries, either on phone or through emails
Provide support on kidsREAD programme administrative work (e.g. Volunteer Administration and Recruitment, Maintaining and updating students information and database)
Handle kidsREAD curriculum-related administrative duties (e.g. assist with preparing and packing of t-shirts and NLB book resources)
Track students attendance and provide regular updates to colleagues in charge of the kidsREAD programme
Assist with event logistics preparation
Job Requirements:
Education level: O Level and above
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook
Receptive to learn new skills (e.g. using Salesforce portal)
Good command of written and spoken English & Mandarin
5-day work week. Advanced notice will be provided if required to support events or programmes on weekends, or after working hours. No obligation to work onweekends or after working hours.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment & multitasking
Problem solver, independent & able to work with little supervision
