Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative and office support. The ideal candidate will assist with document preparation, filing, scheduling, and general office coordination to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to the team
Prepare, organize, and maintain documents and filing systems

Requirements
Diploma or equivalent qualification
1-3 years of administrative or office support experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
