Role of Position
The Administrative Assistant of the Safety department is responsible for screening and verifying the validity of sub-contractors work passes across all project sites. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and supports administrative functions related to sub-contractors documentation and site safety.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
. Perform screening and validation of work passes for all sub-contractors across assigned sites.
. Report immediately to the superior if any invalid or expired work passes are discovered.
. Perform data entry and update the master list of sub-contractors deployed at various sites.
. Prepare a monthly summary report of all invalid work passes discovered.
. Maintain accurate and organized records of all screened work passes for verification and audit purposes.
. Support administrative duties as assigned by the superior, including but not limited to document filing, data management, and coordination with site teams.
Qualification
. Minimum GCE O-Level
Approximate Years of Experience
. Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience, preferably with exposure to safety-related responsibilities.
