Working Location: Tampines
Responsibilities:
-Handle general paperwork and documentation.
-Maintain and organize filing systems for both physical and digital records.
-Print out daily orders from various online platforms.
-Perform data entry tasks accurately and timely.
-Record and monitor inventory in & out, maintaining updated stock records.
-Prepare, process, and file key documents including Invoices, Delivery Orders (DO), and Purchase Orders (PO).
-Assist in preparing profit & loss (P&L) records.
Requirements:
-Minimum 1 year of admin experience
Remuneration:
-Basic Salary: $1800
-Working Hours: 9:00AM-6:00PM (Monday-Friday) & 9:00AM-1:00PM (Alternate Saturday)
