Job Description:
- Manage inventory of office supplies, equipment, and upkeep of office facilities
- Liaise with external vendors, service contractors, and building management for various operational needs
- Provide support in planning company events, onboarding new employees, and handling day-to-day office functions
- Organize and maintain both digital and hardcopy records and filing systems
- Assist with administrative tasks such as purchasing, processing invoices, and monitoring company assets
- Provide basic IT support, including printer configuration, software setup, and user assistance (an advantage but not a requirement)
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administration
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
