About the Role:
Our client is a reputable operator in the martime industry is looking for a detail-oriented Administratve Assistant to provide vital administrative support within the marine operations team. This role requires strong organizatonal skills, professionalism and good
communication abilites to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilites:
. Provide administrative support to the marine operations and trading teams.
. Prepare and draft professional correspondence, reports and other documentaton.
. Maintain and organise records, databases and flies accurately.
. Coordinate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
. Assist in scheduling meetngs and managing office activites.
. Use Microsof Office applicatons effectively, particularly Word and Excel.
. Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
. Diploma in Marine Engineering, Maritme Studies or related engineering discipline preferred.
. Minimum 2 years relevant experience, ideally within the oil trading or maritme industry.
. Strong attention to detail, diligence and a professional attitude.
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
. Proficient in Microsof Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
