Junior Admin - 1 Year Contract
Job Description
- Manage reception desk and front-office duties
- Provide administrative support to management
- Assist with invoicing and simple reports
- Handle basic AR/AP accounting tasks
- Provide basic IT support (setup, simple troubleshooting, liaise with IT vendors)
- Assist with simple design tasks (e.g. posters, visuals, internal materials) using Canva
- Manage and maintain company social media accounts, including basic content posting and updates
- Manage office pantry and storage
- Maintain proper filing and records
- Assist with packing and preparing packages
- Process staff claims
- Any other ad hoc duties
Job Requirements
- Minimum GCE O Level qualification
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Basic knowledge of simple accounting (AR/AP)
- Comfortable with basic IT support and troubleshooting
- Basic design skills experience with Canva is required
- Familiar with basic social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
- Preferably residing in Central or West areas
