Key Responsibilities
. Handle day-to-day administrative and office support duties
. Manage phone calls and emails
. Maintain and update records, documents, and filing systems
. Support Sales Executive /admin tasks and staff coordination
. Assist with scheduling, appointment arrangements, and meetings
. Liaise with clients/vendors and coordinate deliveries or office supplies
. Perform data entry and prepare basic reports
. Any other ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
. Minimum N Level / GCE O Level / Diploma qualification
. Fresh graduates / entry-level candidates are welcome
. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
. Able to communicate in English
. Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently
. Good attitude, willing to learn, and a team player
(Mandarin-speaking ability is a bonus, if needed for client communication.)
