Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Stock count, scanning, allocation and packing.

2. Arrange and coordinate domestic and international shipments.

2. Prepare and issue Delivery Orders (DO) and Invoices.

3. Handle shipment bookings with courier or freight service providers.

4. Prepare and send quotations to customers as required.

5. Perform document filing, and data entry related to shipping and billing.

6. Communicate with customers, and courier companies to track shipments and resolve delivery issues.

7. Provide support to the logistics and sales teams.

8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

1. Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in shipping, logistics, or administrative support.

2. Familiar with preparing delivery and shipping documents.

3. Basic knowledge of international courier services (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS) is an advantage.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

5. Good attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills.

6. Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
