Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Singapore, allowing for a combination of on-site and remote work. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling, organizing documents, and maintaining efficient office operations. The role also requires providing executive administrative support, coordinating communication, and ensuring smooth clerical workflows. Additional responsibilities include handling phone calls, managing correspondence, and assisting with other operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
  • Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency with office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office or similar programs
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools and organizational software is advantageous
  • A diploma or certificate in business administration, management, or related field is a plus
