Job Description:
- Perform full spectrum of administrative duties and provide support to ensure smooth operations in office including documentation, filing, and data updates
- Handle daily Phone Calls and Incoming/outgoing emails/messages
- Arrangement of courier services
- Issue Purchase orders, check stocks, check Delivery orders
- Monitor and purchase office supplies and stationery
- Maintenance of office inventory and equipment
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least N, O level, ITE or equivalent qualification
- Bilingual in English and Chinese
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administration
- Organized, detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Positive attitude, team player, committed, meticulous, and responsible.
- Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to commence work on short notice
Work Location: East Area (Elias Road)
Working hours: Mon to Fri 0830 to 1730 & Sat 0830 to 1230
