Oversee and manage day-to-day office administration.
Maintain proper filing systems (physical & digital).
Prepare official letters, contracts, reports, and internal memos.
Monitor company licenses, permits, and renewals.
Liaise with government agencies, banks, and external vendors when required.
Manage employment contracts, onboarding & offboarding documentation.
Maintain staff records and ensure MOM compliance.
Process payroll, CPF submissions, and leave tracking.
Assist in drafting HR policies and internal SOPs.
Coordinate with accounting firm for monthly financial reporting.
Track invoices, expenses, and payment schedules.
Prepare supporting documents for audits and bank submissions.
Assist in GST and compliance documentation where necessary.
Ensure company compliance with regulatory bodies (e.g. MOM, CPF Board, IRAS, etc.).
Monitor deadlines for license renewals.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
Support management in project coordination.
Improve administrative workflow and efficiency.
Supervise admin staff (if applicable).
Diploma/Degree in Administration, Management, or related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace.
Experience with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks) is an advantage.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
High level of discretion and integrity.
