- Attendance & HR Administration
- Supervise and maintain staff attendance, leave records, and overtime claims.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and coordination with site supervisors for manpower planning.
- Payroll & Staff Management
- Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately.
- Handle employees claims and medical benefits.
- Manage foreign worker documentation.
- Procurement & Inventory Control
- Coordinate purchase of office and site supplies (stationery, safety equipment, tools, and materials).
- Source and negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective procurement.
- Maintain proper records of purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
- Ensure smooth operation of office administration, filing, and document control.
- Provide administrative support to project teams, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
