Job Summary
Support daily workshop operations by managing job orders, scheduling staff tasks, handling customer communications, preparing billing documents, and maintaining accurate records to ensure efficient and smooth service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate customer and driver job orders and schedule tasks for workshop staff to optimize workflow
- Manage incoming calls and appointment bookings to ensure timely customer service
- Prepare invoices, billing records, and assist in quotation preparation following company procedures
- Maintain and organize customer files to comply with company standards and facilitate easy retrieval
- Support management with various administrative tasks to enhance operational efficiency
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in billing and quotation preparation to contribute to accurate financial documentation
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese to facilitate communication with diverse customers
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn, multitask, and work independently to adapt to dynamic work demands
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) to perform administrative duties effectively
- Minimum GCE O Level or Diploma in Business Administration or related field to support administrative knowledge
