Job Summary

You will coordinate delivery schedules, provide quotations for ad-hoc logistics services, track cargo, and manage rescheduling of unsuccessful deliveries to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers to arrange delivery times and confirm schedules
• Provide accurate quotations for ad-hoc services including uncrating, haulage, and disposal based on customer requests
• Track cargo status to ensure timely delivery and update customers accordingly
• Reschedule deliveries promptly after unsuccessful attempts to maintain service reliability

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Communicate clearly in English and Chinese to engage effectively with customers and stakeholders
• Demonstrate patience when handling customer requests and changes
• Use Excel or Google Sheets to organize data and prepare quotations
