- Responsible for the purchases and upkeep of factory/ warehouse/ office related supplies, maintenance and repairs (cranes, air-con, vehicles, timber, stone, safety shoes, stationery, pantry supplies)
- Issue Purchase Order, check Delivery Order, match Invoices
- Responsible for creating, maintaining and updating of equipment, vehicles maintenance records
- Responsible for arranging payment for all maintenance, servicing & miscellaneous purchases
- Perform day-to-day office duties, such as handle telephone call, mail, visitors, etc.
- Perform & liaise with stakeholders for renewal of BCA Licenses, ISO Cert, NEA, LTA, SCDF, and all the necessary authorities for licenses for company
- Maintain records in database (e.g. SAP and/or Excel)
- Inspect and perform reconciliation for discrepancies
- Any ad-hoc projects, duties and assignments as assigned
Requirements:
- One (1) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Professional Certificate/ NITEC or Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent
- IT literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- SAP Knowledge in Accounts preferable.
- Job requires well organized administrative skills, detail-oriented with an ability to prioritize work, strong negotiation skills
- Self-starter, go getter and able to multi-task, meet deadlines and prompt in providing accurate information
- Positive mindset & good working attitude
