Job Description

Job Description: HR & Admin Executive

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive HR & Admin Executive to manage our human resources functions and general office administration. The ideal candidate will be the backbone of our workforce management, ensuring all employment practices comply with the latest Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations and that our foreign workforce is well-maintained.

Core Responsibilities

  • MOM Compliance & Pass Management: Handle the full spectrum of work pass administration, including applications, renewals, and cancellations (Work Permits, S-Pass, EP) via WP Online and EP Online.

  • Worker Maintenance: Manage foreign worker welfare, including dormitory housing arrangements, periodic medical check-ups, and CSOC/safety course bookings.

  • Payroll & Levy: Assist in monthly payroll processing, ensuring accurate calculation of overtime, and monitoring Foreign Worker Levy (FWL) payments.

  • Documentation: Maintain up-to-date employee files and ensure all records comply with the Employment Act and MOM audits.

  • General Admin: Manage office supplies, coordinate company insurance (medical and WICA), and handle general administrative inquiries.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in HR and Administration, specifically within industries employing a large foreign workforce (e.g., Construction, Manufacturing, or Marine).

  • Regulatory Knowledge: Deep familiarity with MOM Employment Act, Work Injury Compensation Act (WICA), and the Dependency Ratio Ceiling (DRC).

  • Worker Management: Experience in worker maintenance-handling grievances, repatriation, and ensuring housing standards meet MOM/NEA requirements.

  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is essential for payroll/data tracking) and HR management systems.

Compensation & Details

  • Monthly Salary: $3,200 - $4,000 (Based on experience).

  • Location:Office-based.

  • Compliance Focus: Must stay updated on the Local Qualifying Salary (LQS) changes

Key Competencies

  • Attention to Detail: Zero-tolerance for errors in work pass applications or statutory filings.

  • Communication: Ability to bridge communication between management and workers of diverse backgrounds.

  • Organization: Capable of managing multiple deadlines, especially during peak renewal periods.
