Job Description:
Prepare and check shipping documents (Letter of Credit, Invoice, Packing List, B/L, AWB, COO, etc.) and ensure timely dispatch of shipping documents.
Coordinate with relevant parties including customers to ensure smooth operation of shipments.
Maintain proper filing and record-keeping systems (both physical and digital).
Perform any other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned
Requirements:
Knowledge of coordination of import/export documents is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
No relevant working experience are also welcome.
Meticulous and careful with information.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Able to commence work with short notice.
