Job Responsibilities

Payroll Management

  • Handle payroll for 3 entities (approximately 200 employees).
  • Ensure accurate data input and timely submission of CPF reports.
  • Maintain employment records and prepare payroll-related documents.
  • Assist in generating payroll reports and support government surveys.

HRIS Operations

  • Update employee database and maintain system accuracy.
  • Analyze system functions and propose enhancements.
  • Assist in HRIS improvement projects and requirement gathering.

HR Administration

  • Process attendance, leave, housing, and fringe benefits in HRIS.
  • Support travel management and vendor invoice processing.
  • Handle internal cost allocation and ensure timely payments.
