Job Description

5.5 days (ONLY ONE SATURDAY PER MONTH)

Responsibilities

Admin (70%)

  • Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, and quotations.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email.
  • Handle order tracking, product availability, and delivery schedules.
  • Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the relevant sales team member.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, reports, and proposals.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance.
  • Liaise with the warehouse or logistics team to manage stock levels and delivery timelines.
  • Ensure all order processing complies with company policies and client expectations.

HR (30%)

  • Handle staff insurance and medical issues.
  • Handle in end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Process work passes application and liaise with immigration on foreign workers related matters.
  • Manage employee benefits utilization such as leave, medical benefits as per HR policy & guidelines.
  • Preparation of HR department correspondences that includes HR letters.
  • Assist in calculating overtime hours.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Admin or a related field.
  • At least 2 years in human resource role or similar experience.
  • Able to commitONESaturday per month (1/2 day)
