Job Description

  • Administrative Assistant cum Account Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Basic Accounting: Utilize your basic accounting knowledge to assist in financial tasks and record-keeping.
  • Office Administration: Handle day-to-day administrative operations, including answering phone calls, redirecting inquiries, and managing emails.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and maintain our presence on various online platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, and others.
  • Ad-Hoc Support: Be prepared to take on other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Entry-level candidates with at least 1 year of working experience in administration are encouraged to apply Previous ML experence is an added advantage.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Mandarin and English to effectively communicate with bilingual clients and colleagues.
  • Attitude: Display independence, meticulousness, and a positive attitude towards learning and adapting to new challenges.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Multi-Tasking: Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
