Location: Various Locations
Salary: Up to $2800 + AWS + VB
Working Hours: 5.5 days (alternate Saturday)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and record incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, mail, packages, calls, faxex)
- Monitor and order office inventory and supplies
- Perform data entry and key in customer orders
- Generate delivery orders, receipts and sales invoices
- Check and follow up on incoming payment and dues
- Coordinate with customers to arrange appointments
- Manage daily work schedules and coordinate accordingly
Requirements
- Min diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in an adminstrative roles preferred
- Only Singaporean may apply
