Job Overview:
We are seeking a Receptionist cum Admin Assistant to manage front desk operations while providing administrative support to the team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment, and assisting with office coordination, documentation, and clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Reception Duties
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries efficiently.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Administrative Support
- Assist in general office administration, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Support HR and administrative tasks such as updating records and assisting with onboarding.
Office Coordination
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management as needed.
- Ensure office equipment (printers, telephones, etc.) is in working order.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Experience:Minimum 1-3 years of experience in receptionist and administrative roles.
- Technical Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with office management systems and scheduling tools. - Soft Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
