Handling of Government Grant application such as EDG, PSG, Career Support Programme, Worklife Grant etc.
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years Experience in full spectrum of Administrative Duties/ Purchasing preferably in construction sector
In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
Proficient in MS Office
An analytical, positive & attentive mind with problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Purchasing experience in construction sector is a must.
Proven track record of managing and organizing physical documents, including tasks like receiving, sorting, filing, retrieving, and maintaining paper records, often ensuring accuracy and adherence to established filing systems within an organization
Preferable for those who can start work immediately
5.5 days work during probation, after probation alternate Saturday
