Provide full administrative support to project managers, site engineers, and management
Handle daily office administration including correspondence, filing, and record keeping
Prepare, manage, and maintain construction project documentation (contracts, drawings, permits, submissions)
Assist with submission and tracking of documents to authorities (e.g. BCA, MOM, LTA, PUB, SCDF where applicable)
Coordinate meetings, site briefings, and prepare meeting minutes when required
Maintain document control systems in compliance with company and regulatory requirements
Support procurement processes including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and delivery tracking
Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, and clients on administrative matters
Assist with invoicing, cost tracking, and payment documentation
Support manpower administration including attendance tracking, site passes, and onboarding documentation
Coordinate with HR on work permits, insurance, and related manpower records
Assist with safety documentation, permits-to-work, and compliance records
Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related discipline
Familiarity with construction documentation and site operations is an advantage
Knowledge of local authority submissions and regulations will be an added advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
