Job Descriptions:
- Perform daily office administrative duties, handling phone calls and attend enquiries.
- Responsible to support site operation and administrative works.
- Assist in procurement including request for quotation.
- Perform accounting data entry for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable (using AutoCount)
- Ensure accurate filing and processing in timely manner.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Ms. Excel and Word
- Able to speak and write in both English and Chinese
- Able to multitask, work within deadlines and have good interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the construction industry is preferred
- Availability: Immediate start preferred
