Roles & Responsibilities
. Prepare and provide invoices to customers through multiple channels (e.g. mail, e-mail etc.).
. Issue customer account statements.
. Answer and transfer any incoming call and received visitors.
. Assistant in HR admin documentation.
. Updating and organise workers/staff documentation.
. Send reminders, and contact customers for follow-up on payments.
. Assist with other administrative tasks as required.
Required Skill(s).
- Candidate must able to oereater computer using words/Excel
- At least 1 years of working experience in a related field is preferred
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Proficient in MS Office is a must
- Proactive and mature working attitude
- Able to work 5.5 days.
