Responsibilities for Administrative Assistant
- Assist the department managers on adminstrative tasks
- Compiling of sales and marketing reports
- Application of permits
- Conduct interviewes
- Schedule tracking and attendance taking for outstation staffs.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed
- Assist HR Manager on all related HR/Admin duties
- Team player to work in office environment
Qualifications for Administrative Assistant
- Polytechnic diploma
- Fresh graduate welcome
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High degree of attention to detail
- Data entry experience
