Job Description

Responsibilities for Administrative Assistant

  • Assist the department managers on adminstrative tasks
  • Compiling of sales and marketing reports
  • Application of permits
  • Conduct interviewes
  • Schedule tracking and attendance taking for outstation staffs.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed
  • Assist HR Manager on all related HR/Admin duties
  • Team player to work in office environment

Qualifications for Administrative Assistant

  • Polytechnic diploma
  • Fresh graduate welcome
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High degree of attention to detail
  • Data entry experience
