Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, customer interaction, and basic accounts support. Fresh graduates are welcome, and on-the-job guidance will be provided.


Job Responsibilities

Administrative duties will broadly include (but are not limited to):

  • Billing duties (Invoicing, Statements of Accounts, Delivery Orders)

  • Accounts assistance (Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable)

  • Customer service support via emails and phone calls

  • Creating job orders for technicians

  • Filing and document maintenance

  • Accurate data entry

  • Office supplies inventory and coordination

  • Any other ad-hoc administrative duties as required

Requirements

  • Pleasant and professional demeanour

  • Meticulous, organised, and detail-oriented

  • Experience with accounting software
    (e.g. AutoCount, Million, UBS, Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks - advantage)

  • Minimum Nitec qualification

  • Fresh graduates welcome to apply

  • Team player with a service-oriented mindset

Work Hours & Location

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 6.00pm
