Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, customer interaction, and basic accounts support. Fresh graduates are welcome, and on-the-job guidance will be provided.
Job Responsibilities
Administrative duties will broadly include (but are not limited to):
Billing duties (Invoicing, Statements of Accounts, Delivery Orders)
Accounts assistance (Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable)
Customer service support via emails and phone calls
Creating job orders for technicians
Filing and document maintenance
Accurate data entry
Office supplies inventory and coordination
Any other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
Pleasant and professional demeanour
Meticulous, organised, and detail-oriented
Experience with accounting software
(e.g. AutoCount, Million, UBS, Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks - advantage)
Minimum Nitec qualification
Fresh graduates welcome to apply

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 6.00pm
