Accounts Executive

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accounts Executive to join the team. As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for a wide range of accounting and financial duties, providing essential support to the organisation. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient financial processes

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounts executive or similar role
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
