Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support (filing, data entry, document management)
  • Assist Operations team with daily coordination and shipment documentation
  • Prepare and process cross-border transport documents (e.g., permits, manifests)
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
  • Follow up on missing documents and support communication with drivers and stakeholders
  • Ensure proper filing and compliance with company and regulatory requirements
  • Support ad-hoc tasks and operational needs

Requirements

  • GCE O level / Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, supply chain or related field.
  • Relevant experience working in Logistics industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge and understanding of land import and export documents
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to start on short notice or immediately will be preferred
  • You may be required to speak in Malay Language to communicate with cross-functioning teams and suppliers in Malaysia.
