Gallery Executive

Responsibilities:

• Handle sales enquiries from walk-in customers, phone calls, and email.
• Prepare quotation for customers.
• Ensure full collection of payments for all generated orders.
• Provide after sales service to customer to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Compiling of customer's leads data and submit reports to the coordinator.
• Ordering replenishment of sample books.

Requirements:

• 2 years experienced in the related field or customer service role, preferably in the home furnishings or decor industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
